Edouard joined Bridgepoint in 2014 and is Head of the Capital Markets Team.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he was an Executive Director at Messier Maris & Associés, focusing on financing and restructuring advisory assignments for leverage buyouts and corporates. He worked previously in the leverage finance group of RBS and the corporate finance division of Deutsche Bank.

Edouard is a graduate of HEC Paris School of Management.
