Emma is a Partner based in London and is co-head of Bridgepoint Europe investment activities in the UK and co-chair of Bridgepoint's Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

She sits on the boards of Zenith and Hobbycraft and has worked on a number of transactions including the acquisitions of Zenith, Estera, Quilter and Cheviot and the exits of Quilter Cheviot and Pets at Home.

She is a Member of the UK Takeover Panel and sits on the Advisory Council of Level 20, a not for profit organisation aligned around a common vision of improving gender diversity in the private equity industry. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Masters of Law and Finance degree at Oxford University and a Governor of North London Collegiate School, one of the UK's leading girls schools.

Emma began her career at Morgan Stanley where she focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital raisings.

Emma holds a first class degree in Chemistry from Oxford University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School where she was a Fulbright Scholar.
