Mark is the Head of Financing & Structuring within Bridgepoint Credit. He joined the Firm in 2020 from EQT Credit which was acquired by Bridgepoint in 2020.

Prior to joining EQT in 2017, he worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch on the Securitisation desk, working on the analytics and transaction management of the CDO (TRS/CLO) portfolios. Following this he moved to the Private Debt and Direct Lending Corporate Services Group.

Mark holds a degree with honours in Accounting and Finance from Bournemouth University.
