Michael is an Investment Director in BDC in London, where he is a member of the Services sector team. He joined the Firm in 2017.

He has been involved in several transactions, including SK AeroSafety, DataExpert, Analysys Mason, Achilles, Prescient Healthcare Group, HKA’s add-on acquisition of The Kenrich Group, and the exits of BigHand and HKA.

Prior to Bridgepoint, he was an Associate in the Financial Sponsors Group at HSBC, where he advised private equity clients on M&A and Leveraged Finance transactions.

Michael holds a degree in English language and Literature from Oxford University.
