Polly is Bridgepoint’s Head of HR and a member of the Group Operating Committee. She joined the Firm in 2021.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, she was Head of HR UK at GAM Investments, with responsibility for leading generalist activities across the London and Cambridge sites and Global Business Partner for Investments, Distribution and Product. Polly also was HR lead on Diversity and Inclusion and Social Mobility globally.

Before this she worked for BlueBay Asset Management.

Polly is a graduate of the University of the West of England and also has a Post Graduate Diploma in HR. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
