Tim is a Non-Executive Director of Bridgepoint’s Group Board.
He has significant experience in the rapidly evolving global technology landscape as well as many years of engagement both with mature economies and emerging markets. He is Chairman of British Land, having been a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit Committee since 2014. He is the Deputy Chair, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Nomination Committee at Pearson plc and is a Non-Executive Director at the Football Association. Tim was formerly a Non-Executive Director of HM Treasury, CFO of ARM Holdings plc for 13 years and held senior financial positions at Rebus Group Limited, William Baird plc, LucasVarity plc and BTR plc. From 2005 to 2014, he was a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit Committee at National Express Group PLC, including time as interim chairman and six years as senior independent director. He chairs the Corporate Partnership Board of the Great Ormond Street Children’s Charity and sits on the board of trustees of the Royal National Theatre.
